2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error.

  • Service Not Delivered: If you paid for a service that was not initiated or delivered by Maestro Enterprises FZ LLC.

  • Cancellation Before Start: If you cancel a service before work has commenced and within a reasonable time frame, typically within 3 business days from the payment date.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after the service has begun

  • Delays caused by the client, including lack of communication or incomplete information

  • Partial completion of service where deliverables have been shared

  • Digital products or customized reports already delivered

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
